In WIAV Solutions LLC et al. v. Research In Motion, Ltd. et al. (EDVA) and SPH America, LLC v. High Tech Computer Corporation et al. (SDCA), Echelon attorneys assumed representation in pending patent infringement actions and obtained favorable results for its clients.

In Tsera, LLC v. Apple Inc. et al. (EDTX), Echelon was retained to defend a number of Korean-based defendants in a lawsuit concerning MP3 device technology and quickly obtained dismissals on behalf of its clients.

Echelon attorneys have also handled United States International Trade Commission (ITC) investigations.  Most recently, Echelon represented its client in Investigation No. 337-TA-675, In the Matter of CERTAIN WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS DEVICES AND COMPONENTS THEREOF.
